Role: Full-Time Chef CDP

Pay Rate: £10.00 - £12.50 excluding tips
Hours: 40 - 45 per week (hours are negotiable)

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic knowledge of kitchen hygiene and safety
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Good physical stamina and time management
  • Quick learner with attention to detail
  • Previous kitchen experience (a plus, not required)
  • Food safety certification (if applicable)

Responsibilities
  • Support chefs with food prep (chopping, washing, etc.)
  • Keep kitchen areas clean and organised
  • Assist with stock rotation and ingredient storage
  • Wash dishes and sanitise equipment
  • Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
  • Restock supplies as needed during service
