• Total Remuneration $85,571 to $90,384 pa (including salary of $72,309 to $76,376 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• A qualified Chef or has at least 4 years of equivalent kitchen experience.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced commercial kitchen.
• Detailed and demonstrated knowledge of menu planning for a broad range of catering styles and functions, including bulk cooking, ala carte and dietary requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, autonomously and be able to deliver high quality food and customer service for clients.
• Follow safe work practices and take reasonable care of own and others health and safety.
• A C Class Driver’s Licence.
• Ability to obtain a Blue Card (Working with Children).
