Christadelphian Care Homes exists mainly, although not exclusively, to care for members of the Christadelphian Faith. We operate a number of Care Homes and Sheltered Housing schemes throughout the UK and are able to deliver care tailored to individual needs from low support through to residential, nursing and specialised care, including dementia.
Are you one of those stand out chefs who likes people as much as food?
We are looking for an experienced chef to be a successful member of the team and maintain the delivery of outstanding quality food, with resident choice and relationships at the centre.
We have 27-36 hours a week (including weekends), for you to work in our well-equipped kitchen and have the opportunity to work alongside a creative and caring team both within and without the kitchen. No evening work is required for this role.

To be successful in this role and be a part of our well-established home you’ll:

  • Have a Level 2 or above in Food Hygiene
  • Be a good leader and hands on in the running of the kitchen
  • A good respect for diversity and individuality
  • A genuine interest in and/or experience of working with the relevant Client group
  • The ability to communicate effectively at all levels with colleagues, residents and suppliers alike
  • Have a passion for your job and be an approachable leader
  • Fully IT literate
