SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented Chef to join our dedicated team at Clairleigh Nursing Home. This role is temporary to cover sickness. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing nutritious and delicious meals that cater to the dietary needs of our residents, ensuring a high standard of food safety and quality.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent culinary skills with the ability to prepare diverse menus.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
  • Good communication skills to interact with staff and residents.
