Job Title: Chef - Clean Cut Meals
Location: Clarinbridge, Galway
Hours: 4–5 days per week, 8:00am – 4:00pm(Monday to Thursday / Friday). Weekend work may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Chef to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values a great work-life balance while working in a high-standard kitchen environment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Receive and check stock deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Prepare ingredients and cook dishes to the highest Musgrave standards.
  • Maintain accurate food production and stock records.
  • Follow HACCP guidelines and ensure full food safety compliance at all times.
  • Work independently and manage kitchen operations during your shift.
  • Carry out KP (kitchen porter) duties, including cleaning and maintaining a hygienic workspace.
