An independent coffee shop and tea room with two locations in North London (Barnet & Primrose Hill) are seeking a Head Chef to join and lead our team. If you have a passion for food but also enjoy coffee, teas and a great place to work then this could suit you.
Experience gives you an advantage but what we truly value is curiosity, attention to detail and a passion for food, drink and service.

35-45 HOURS PER WEEK AND PAYING £12.60 TO £15.00 DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE

Food Safety & Hygiene Level

• Prepping breakfast and lunch menu items
• Brunch Service to order
• Organising inventory including the ordering and receiving, labelling and dating of items
• Menu Management and Costing
• Monthly updates and signing of of HACCP Logs.
