• Drive culinary innovation by leading new menu creations, revamping existing offerings, and planning kitchen setups for the brand.
• Uphold excellent food quality and hygiene standards, introducing regular menu updates that reflect market trends, seasonal produce, and customer preferences.
• Oversee the smooth execution of culinary projects, ensuring they meet deadlines and align with the organisation’s overall objectives, while working closely with various internal teams.
• Monitor and manage kitchen operations including food cost optimisation, waste minimisation, staff rostering, and profitability, ensuring adherence to company policies.
• Organise and facilitate regular team meetings to foster clear communication and alignment across the culinary team.
• Collaborate with HR to design and implement training programmes on food preparation, safety standards, and kitchen management; conduct monthly sessions to enhance core kitchen skills.
• Contribute to broader business initiatives, including kitchen automation and other projects as directed by management.
• Perform all other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
