Description

We are seeking an experienced Chef Consultant with a strong background in chocolate, pastry, and specialty gourmet items to work closely with our in-house kitchen team.

Your role will be to train and guide our chefs in refining current recipes and developing new high-quality products such as:

  • Chocolate pralines, truffles, ganache, gianduja
  • Chocolate-coated nuts and fillings
  • Pastry-inspired chocolate items
  • Breadsticks and other gourmet snacks

Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on training sessions to kitchen staff
  • Standardize and document recipes
  • Develop new product lines and improve existing ones
  • Advise on ingredient sourcing, storage, and kitchen workflows
  • Ensure consistent quality and presentation across products
  • Introduce innovative techniques and trends aligned with luxury branding

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a chocolatier, pastry chef, or similar role
  • Background in product development and chef training
  • Strong understanding of textures, fillings, and finishing techniques
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and process-driven
  • Ability to work on a flexible, consultancy basis
