THE JOB
The Eyre Hotel is looking for a Chef/Cook to work on a casual basis over a 7-day rotating roster including holiday periods. We are searching for someone passionate about food and cooking honest pub food with flare!
The role will be reporting to the Head Chef and play a key role in the success, we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and has a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Cook with accuracy and passion
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain high-quality standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Contribute to menu development with fresh and innovative ideas
- Adhering to all relevant WHS laws
- Monitor portion control, waste minimization, and stock control
- Maintaining a premium and consistent approach to all levels of food and service delivery
