ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a talented and passionate Full Time Chef/Cook to join our dynamic team with the Dubbo RSL Memorial Club Group. As a full-time Chef/cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals and delivering an exceptional dining experience to our valued customers. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our menu and customer requirements
• Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented to the highest standards
• Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and improve existing dishes
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering of kitchen supplies
• Providing excellent customer service and responding to any customer inquiries or feedback
