• Prepare raw fish in the right way
• Cut ingredients into perfect strips
• Make sushi rice with perfect form and consistency
• Manage storage of fruits, vegetables and meats like crab, eel, salmon and tuna
• Material inventory tracking
• Additional processing of raw materials
• Ensure compliance with the highest quality food preparation and hygiene standards

Monthly: $6,500.00
