Solid, dependable, trustworthy, honest, good sense of humour. No, we aren’t looking for a date. But, we are looking for someone to join our work family. In hospitality we spend huge parts of our waking week with our colleagues. So, for us, that you are going to fit in with our lot is the most important consideration.
Some kitchen experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t the most important factor. Work ethic, consistency, curiosity and willingness to learn are more valuable. Attitude is more important than experience. You will be working alongside the head chef and the owners to create great tasting, home made food, that people want to eat.
You will be making sure the food goes out hot, looking nice and the kitchen is looking clean and tidy too. Our working day starts at 10:00 and food is served until 8:00. There is no way around it, sometimes it can be busy and stressful, keeping on smiling through is the key. You will be working up to 4 days a week and have one weekend day off each week.
