OOD PREPARATION:

• Prepare and cook shawarmas, sandwiches, and wraps using fresh ingredients.
• Slice, marinate, and grill meats (chicken, beef, lamb) for shawarma.
• Assemble sandwiches with appropriate fillings, sauces, and toppings.
• Maintain consistency in food taste, presentation, and portion sizes.

✅ Kitchen Operations:

• Manage food storage and inventory, ensuring ingredients are fresh and available.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards according to Dubai Municipality regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of the workstation, equipment, and utensils.
• Ensure grills, ovens, and cooking stations are properly maintained.

✅ Customer Service:

• Take customer orders and prepare food promptly.
• Customize sandwiches and shawarmas based on customer preferences.
• Provide friendly and professional service to guests.

✅ Team Collaboration:

• Work efficiently with kitchen staff and other team members.
• Assist in preparing other menu items as needed.
