Position available for full-time or part-time cook/chef to assist the head chef in our small family Mediterranean style restaurant. Must be able to work independently as well as alongside the chef. Some experience is essential. Applicant needs to have a passion for cooking and be able to work within a small team environment. Must be available Friday-Sunday and have own transportation.

· Preparing and cooking a range of dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
· Ensuring all meals meet the highest standards of quality and presentation
· Assisting with menu development and implementation
· Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
· Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
