The Chef / Cook is responsible for preparing and serving plated food for our members and keeping the kitchen clean and organised at all times, following HACCP mechanisms. Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.

• Ensure all food items are prepared, cooked and presented to the highest standards at all times
• Ensure accurate portion control and keep wastage to a minimum
• Ensure correct storage of food items both in and out of refrigerators in accordance with health and hygiene regulations
• Complete temperature checks and other HACCP mechanism
