  • Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in line with company standards and client requirements
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times
  • Manage food production within budget, ensuring effective control of ingredients, waste, and labour
  • Deliver visually appealing, customer-focused meals that enhance the dining experience
  • Support smooth kitchen operations, including stock security and counter service when required
  • Stay updated on modern culinary techniques to continuously improve service and offerings
  • Work collaboratively with catering staff, clients, and delivery personnel to ensure efficient service
  • Assist with special functions, events, and occasional overtime when needed
