JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety practices, and kitchen equipment operation.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for culinary arts and a desire to create memorable dining experiences for guests.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.
  • Relevant culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating an inviting atmosphere for guests by maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen.
