OVERVIEW

The Blue Anchor are seeking a talented and passionate Chef/Cook to join our culinary team at an exciting time when we are developing our menu. The ideal candidate will have high standards and a strong sense of pride in the work they produce with background in food preparation and cooking. Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment would be a bonus. As a Chef/Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious meals that meet our high standards of quality and presentation while ensuring food safety and hygiene practices are adhered to.

  • Experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen setting.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for creating high-quality meals.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
