The Mill café - one of Lurgan’s most respected food establishments - is seeking an experienced Chef/Cook to take control of our delicious brunch menu and manage all areas of food production and prep.
Our Brunch menu includes classics such as cooked breakfasts, French toast, avocado toast, pancake stacks and much more. We want a chef with ideas and culinary flair to take us to another level.
We are looking for someone who is passionate and committed and who will help grow this business.
We want someone reliable who genuinely cares about their job and the business they represent.
Duties:
- Prepare and cook a variety of brunch dishes according to our menu specifications
- Ensure quality and presentation with every dish
- Run a clean and organised kitchen
- Adhere to safe catering and hygiene protocols at all times
- Collaborate with other food areas to streamline operations and maintain efficiency
- Order and manage stock
