We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef/Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in a pub kitchen environment or similar and be confident to work on their own. As a Chef, you will be responsible for food production, ensuring the highest standards of food safety, and delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook within a pub or restaurant setting
• In-depth knowledge of food production techniques, food safety standards, and culinary trends.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in food presentation.
• A passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences for guests.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Food Safety and Hygiene certificate is essential.
