REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience working as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in American cuisine or a similar setting.
• Proficiency in preparing and presenting a variety of dishes, including burgers, wings, loaded fries, and other classic American favourites.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Level 2 or higher food hygiene qualification

• Contribute to the development and execution of the new menu items.
• Prepare and cook a diverse range of American diner-style dishes with precision and consistency.
• Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.
• Uphold quality control measures to guarantee food excellence and presentation.
