Good at working in a busy, pressurised environment and can keep cool in any situation
Your role:
Preparing the kitchen for service, including setting up equipment, food prep, storing deliveries and any other reasonable request
Communicates preparation tasks to the team
Ensures the kitchen is set up and ready for service
Preparing food to order and working as part of a fun and supportive team
Leading the team in closing the kitchen to the requested standard with the aid of checklists and guidance
Ensures that all compliance checks have been completed on time and reported any irregularities to the line manager
Start Date: ASAP
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £11.44 per year
