Under the authority of the Operations Director, the Site Manager ensures compliance with the specifications for all operations related to the various food and janitorial service projects under their supervision. Their main role is to ensure quality service delivery, in accordance with company standards and client expectations.

JOB SUMMARY:

Under the authority of the Site Manager, the Chef assumes all responsibilities related to culinary preparation and service operations, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly. They are responsible for compliance with menus and for managing kitchen staff.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position;
  • DEC in establishment management or DEP in institutional cooking, combined with relevant experience;
  • Organizational skills;
  • Computer skills;
  • Ability to work as a team and motivate others;
  • Good judgment and leadership;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Bilingual (French, English).
