Une Journée Chez MKS : En tant que Chef/Cheffe d'équipe d'un atelier au sein de site MKS Micro-Contrôle situé à Beaune la Rolande (Loiret), vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes Production, Méthodes, Qualité, Supply Chain et Maintenance afin de piloter les opérations de montage mécanique, optimiser la performance de l’atelier et accompagner les équipes au quotidien. Dans ce rôle, vous reporterez à Nicolas, Responsable de Production du site. Dans ce rôle, vous aurez un impact en : • Planifiant, organisant et coordonnant les opérations de montage mécanique, en définissant les priorités en lien avec les commandes clients et la supply chain. • Suivant les indicateurs de performance (TRS, productivité, taux de rebut, respect des délais) et en veillant à l’atteinte des objectifs journaliers, hebdomadaires et mensuels. • Encadrant, animant et motivant les équipes, en ajustant les ressources selon la charge et en participant au recrutement, à l’intégration et au développement des compétences. • Garantissant la qualité des assemblages mécaniques, en faisant respecter les règles de sécurité, d’hygiène et d’environnement et en pilotant les actions correctives et préventives. • Déployant les démarches d’amélioration continue (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, standards de travail) pour optimiser les flux, les postes de travail et les temps de montage. • Assurant la coordination interservices et en réalisant un reporting régulier de l’activité auprès de la direction. Atouts / Compétences requises : • Formation de type Bac +2 à Bac +5 (BTS, DUT, Licence ou Diplôme d’ingénieur en mécanique ou production industrielle). • Expérience confirmée en atelier de montage mécanique, avec une première expérience réussie en management d’équipe (souhaitée ou exigée selon le poste). • Excellentes compétences en montage mécanique, lecture de plans, nomenclatures et tolérances. • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de production et de leurs indicateurs. • Connaissances solides en méthodes industrielles et Lean Manufacturing. • Maîtrise des outils informatiques : ERP, Excel, outils de reporting. Ce qui serait un plus : • Une expérience dans un environnement soumis à audits réguliers (qualité, sécurité, process). • Une expertise approfondie dans les démarches 5S, Kaizen ou standards de travail. • Une expérience dans des projets d’amélioration continue ou d’industrialisation de nouveaux produits.
