QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE :

  • Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en installation de portes et fenêtres.
  • Bonne maîtrise des outils informatiques et capacité à apprendre de nouveaux systèmes rapidement.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et en analyse.
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la construction ou des services sur le terrain (un atout).
  • Solides compétences en leadership, communication et relations interpersonnelles.
  • Engagement envers un service à la clientèle hors pair.
  • Bonne connaissance des normes du secteur, de la santé et sécurité au travail, et des pratiques opérationnelles exemplaires.

JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a hands on Lead Installer for Windows & Doors projects throughout the Montreal area. This role work on the tools and be responsible for leading, coaching and coordinating job site activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Installation of Windows and Doors
  • Strong proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Construction or field services experience is an asset.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Solid understanding of industry regulations, health & safety, and operational best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop field crews to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Coordinate daily material and supply preparation for installer pickup.
  • Review and act on daily operational reports, prioritizing service calls and backlog resolution.
  • Manage follow-up inspections and job completions, ensuring updates are accurately reflected in i360.
  • Maintain rigorous quality control standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate regularly with other location managers and the Customer Care team to align goals and share best practices.
