JOB SUMMARY:

The Mechanical Assembly Lead Hand is a technical expert with no direct reports, serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the mechanical assembly of industrial packaging equipment. Reporting to the Production Manager, this role supports a team of assemblers and technicians by providing hands-on guidance, technical troubleshooting, and process expertise. The Lead Hand ensures quality, safety, and production objectives are met by mentoring team members, supporting standardization, and reinforcing BellatRx’s commitment to operational excellence.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSA):

• DEP in electromechanics or equivalent formal training.
• Intermediate to advanced technical abilities; mechanical, electrical, pneumatic.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office software; outlook, word, excel
• Intermediate to advanced interpersonal skills.
• Intermediate to advanced communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge (verbal and written) of both French and English.
• 5% travel requirement.
