We are looking for a Head Chef with a high skill set across all aspects in a kitchen to manage the day to day operation of this new, small, trattoria-style Italian restaurant in the Angel area. Lunchtime will be cafe-style with sit down dinner in the evening . We need a chef with a good knowledge of Italian pizza making and pasta experience. Due to the constraints of the kitchen holding we would change our menu on a day to day basis as food wastage management is a must for the business. The candidate must also need to have the willingness to work independently to prepare, execute and deliver whilst working with a minimal team. To support a work/life balance, the operation hours will be Tuesday to Friday 12-10pm and Saturday 5-10pm, Sunday and Monday will be closed. Party bookings with advanced noticed available for closed days. Italian cuisine experience preferable but not essential.

Pay: £39,500.00-£43,500.00 per year
