Working with fresh ingredients in a new state of the art kitchen as part of our established, dynamic daytime restaurant.
Must have 2+ years experience in a fast-paced catering environment, able to take a lead role in breakfast, lunch and afternoon tea service. Must be a team player and extremely customer focused. Needs the ability to keep calm under pressure, be a clean and organised worker and communicate clearly and positively with colleagues. Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
Working a minimum of 2 weekends a month. Earliest start 08.00, latest finish 17.30. Day shifts only. No split shifts. Must have own transport due to site location.
Ideal for Chefs who want to work with fresh produce in a busy, secure business with an excellent reputation. 40 hour week.
