We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join our kitchen team cooking authentic Italian food with the best ingredients either locally sourced, or imported directly from Italy every week. We are open daytime only and are closed on Sunday. We are open for dinner also during the three weeks of the Edinburgh festival.
The position will involve assisting head chef during service, starter dish preparation and general kitchen duties. Our kitchen team is small with many opportunities to work in all kitchen areas. Previous kitchen experience essential, Italian food knowledge an advantage. Remuneration dependant on experience.
Full time salaried contract, with remuneration dependant on experience. Italian cooking expeirence a strong advantage.
