We are looking for passionate, creative and driven Chef de Cuisine to help lead our kitchen team at our location in Vaughan - 898 Portage Parkway (near subway line).
Candidates must have a passion for Italian cuisine, seasonality and great products while also being able to understand and manage team building, leadership, food costs, budgets and help running an efficient labor cost.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge and love of Italian Cuisine
• 2 years minimum experience on a similar role
• Able to execute detail dishes with high cover counts
• Experience with Excel, Microsoft and other platforms
• Diploma from a Culinary school an asset
• Excellent social and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with the Executive chef and Sous Chef team
• High attention to detail
• Valid Canadian Work Permit and Social Insurance Number (SIN) required
