Job Description Professional culinary qualification, apprenticeship, or degree in Culinary Arts or Catering Proven experience within fine dining or luxury hospitality environments, including experience in a similar leadership role Strong mastery of Indian cuisines, culinary techniques, and kitchen organization Advanced knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and professional kitchen standards Ability to lead kitchen operations, menu development, and team performance with precision Inspiring leader with strong team building and motivational skills Dynamic, composed, and attentive during service operations Rigorous, organized, and open minded in approach Passionate about Indian culinary craftsmanship and continuous excellence Qualifications Minimum 3 year experience in a five-star hotel A hospitality background is highly preferred.
