Job Description Our Chef de Cuisine @ The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center supervise and plan the preparation of high quality/presentation food to our residents, guests, and associates, to promote an excellent restaurant-style dining atmosphere. Assist in the production of creatively designed menus Collaborate with the Executive Chef on new dishes which appeal to the residents Assist the Executive Chef in organizing the kitchen and schedule Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner Train and develop new kitchen associates What will I need to be successful in this role?
