WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR…

We are looking for a culinary and innovative talent with extensive experience in Italian cuisine! At heart, you are an Italian “Nonna,” understanding the culinary essence of this cuisine and creatively and modernly implementing this knowledge in our new Italian restaurant concept. The spectrum ranges from modern pizza and pasta dishes to upscale fine dining, all within one restaurant concept. You are an experienced team manager who knows how to successfully motivate and achieve goals with your team. Our guests simply love your sense of F&B trends, eye for detail, and creative execution - making them feel like they are in Italy!

Responsibilities
  • You are in charge of the operational & creative management of the a la carte kitchen and support the Executive Head Chef in administration.
  • Your responsibilities include the Italian a la carte restaurant Assoluto, Assoluto Deli, westhub bar & Lounge, MClub Lounge and room service area.
  • You are able to maintain an overview and lead and guide your team accordingly.
  • You create creative and innovative menu planning and cost calculations based on the F&B concept.
  • You optimize the productivity and efficiency of the assigned areas.
  • You provide technical and operational leadership to the a la carte restaurant kitchen team and work closely with the service team.
  • You monitor the kitchen in terms of cleanliness and maintenance (HAACP).
  • You make and oversee optimal purchases and orders of food and supplies in consultation with the Executive Head Chef.
  • You are a true team player with all F&B departments and the leadership team.
  • You are responsible for the development of our kitchen team and the training of our apprentices and enjoy sharing your extensive knowledge.
  • Social media is not a foreign word to you, and you regularly provide content for our marketing team.
