KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years culinary leadership experience, preferably in a high profile, culinary driven environment.
  • Superior culinary skills with a proven track record as a chef and leader.
  • Proven ability to deliver superior operational performance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in culinary arts highly preferred.

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service.
  • Manage inventory and control food costs to maintain profitability.
  • Lead and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all food service areas.
  • Coordinate catering services for special events, ensuring exceptional dining experiences.
