JOB SCOPE:
Assists in the overall management of kitchen. The position will be specifically focused on the PM restaurant operations with primary focus on mister parker’s. Train and supervise staff and monitor food quality.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Essential:
2 to 5 years experience in first class restaurant or hotel.
Desirable:
Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent training.
The salary range for this position is $68,000 to $75,000 annually.
