Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a talented and meticulous Chef de Cuisine to take full leadership of our breakfast restaurant, all day dining restaurant and in-room dining culinary operations.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Executive Sous, you will coordinate the daily operations of our busy breakfast restaurant, all day dining and In Room Dining culinary department.

  • Lead and manage the breakfast restaurant, all day dining restaurant and in-room dining culinary operations, ensuring consistency, speed, and five-star quality at all times.
  • Design innovative à la carte and buffet breakfast and IRD menus that reflect seasonal produce, regional flavors, and global luxury standards.
  • Develop an exceptional restaurants and in-room dining experience, balancing elevated cuisine with efficient service for 24-hour availability and our Flexible Dining brand pillar
  • Oversee mise en place, portion control, and presentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the restaurant teams, IRD teams and events F&B teams to ensure seamless delivery and guest satisfaction.
  • Implement and uphold strict hygiene, safety, and quality control measures (HACCP compliance).
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire your team
  • Ensure readiness for VIP and special requests, dietary needs, and bespoke dining experiences.
