POSITION PROFILE:
We’re looking for a highly skilled and creative Chef de Cuisine at Saint James French Diner at Palihotel San Diego to run daily kitchen operations and manage the back-of-house team. The right candidate will be an experienced chef that’s comfortable collaborating with our Culinary Director to ensure meal quality standards while managing costs and maintain staff morale.
