Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards. Control inventory, sourcing premium ingredients characteristic of authentic Greek flavors. Collaborate with front-of-house teams to deliver an exceptional dining experience. Monitor kitchen efficiency and implement improvements as needed. Stay informed of culinary trends and incorporate fresh ideas into the menu. Proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Head Chef, with a strong focus on Greek cuisine. Comprehensive knowledge of authentic Greek recipes and cooking techniques. Exceptional leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage a high-performing kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Passion for culinary innovation and quality.
