As a Chef de Cuisine, you will: Train and support the culinary team in the finer points of cooking Build a strong team and stay courteous to all owners, guests and team members Have a keen sense of budget Act as the role model for all health codes and sanitation practices Qualifications Follow instructions without close supervision. Occasional carrying and lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Must be at least 18 and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts. Westgate Resorts is a smoke and tobacco-free workplace.
