Responsibilities

YOUR NEW ROLE

Reporting to the Area Manager - Tailings and Water Management, the Package Lead - Filtered Tailings Press will be responsible for managing the delivery of the project’s filtered tailings solution, including strategy, planning, engineering, and execution during the construction phase of the Windfall mining project (currently in pre-construction).

Your key responsibilities:

  • Oversee engineering deliverables across all project phases (feasibility to execution).
  • Lead project services functions, including cost control, scheduling, estimating, and risk management.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert on filtration technologies within the plant process.
  • Provide accurate reports and insightful analysis to support informed decision-making.
  • Monitor cost, progress, and schedule reports; implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage the development of capex and financial models for feasibility study updates.
  • Foster collaboration and ensure effective communication of project risks to stakeholders.
