EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Marketing, Business or a related field
Minimum 7 years’ work experience or equivalent; brand marketing experience preferred
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity & fast paced environment
Demonstrated analytic and creative thinking skills
Strong business acumen and marketing capabilities
Ability to foster and maintain strong cross functional partnership skills, with a team first mentality
< 15% travel required

Responsibilities

Define and deploy the brand vision, value proposition and strategy to deliver the short and long-term business objectives. Lead and influence the trademark execution across all classes of trade, segments and sponsorships (Base, RTD, Malt, AFH) and translate into actionable commercial plans to deliver sustained brand health.
Lead brand positioning and architecture refinement leveraging market research and consumer insights. Holistically own the creative development process across all aspects of the media landscape resulting in motivating advertising copy.
Effectively manage a network of agency partners to ensure successful development and execution of plans within the established commercial planning cycles. Create and cultivate effective working relationships with the internal cross-functional teams including RGM, sales, Insights, Innovation, supply chain and Finance. Manage and develop a direct report, leading by example.
Drive the innovation agenda for the Mott’s Clamato brand in collaboration with the innovation team to deliver against revenue and profit targets – from insight to strategy, and concept to commercialization. Leverage competitive, category, consumer, shopper, and retailer insights to validate and identify new opportunities.
Develop and manage the budget for this highly visible brand with P&L accountability. Measure and track the performance and efficacy of demand creation tactics using analytics. Optimize plans as necessary to maximize delivery against revenue and profit targets.
