REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field and/or MBA.
  • 5–7 years of experience with progressive responsibility in brand/product management in consumer-packaged goods marketing and/or OTC marketing, or a combination of both.
  • Solid brand-building fundamentals, brand lifecycle management, and consumer acumen.
  • Strong thought leadership, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute complex strategic business plans.
  • Analytical and consumer-centric mindset is a must.
  • Proficient in analyzing Nielsen / Homescan data to support brand strategy and performance.
  • Experience and proficiency in P&L and budget management.
  • The incumbent must be able to communicate well in English (50% of the time), as his or her duties require interaction with stakeholders and colleagues outside Quebec and Canada.

Responsibilities

The Senior Brand Manager, Ensure & Specialty Portfolio will lead the strategic development, management, and execution of strategies and tactical programs to drive profitable, sustainable growth and long-term equity for assigned products. This role is pivotal in shaping brand direction, optimizing performance, and delivering against business objectives. You’ll oversee end-to-end brand management, including strategic planning, innovation, pricing, forecasting, budget oversight, and cross-functional leadership. You will also be instrumental in coaching and developing two direct reports (BM, ABM), accelerating their readiness for their next-level position.
