WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW ABOUT THIS JOB?
The team consists of a Chef, Sous Chef, (demi) Chef de Partis, breakfast chefs and apprentice chefs. Guests like to take a look at the open kitchen of Restaurant Hulscher’s, our Seafood & Grill Restaurant. In the position of Chef de Parti you are responsible for an a la carte breakfast, drinks, lunch or dinner. Besides international dishes, one dish that has been on the menu since the 19th century is the numbered steak. Your input for new dishes on the menu is appreciated. The Chef is your coach and helps you to develop further.
