Job Description 100% out of state Travel. Travel Task Force. $20.00 Per Hour Plus OT. Experienced Cooks. This is a Travel Position. High end beach location in Georgia. location We Pay for Travel and one meals per day. You will travel in 8 week rotations. Will stay in great employee housing sharing a room and $112 per week rent. Cook Job Duties: Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen - Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment - Help with catering events and special functions as needed - Maintain inventory of food supplies and equipment - Setting up, stocking, and breaking down of assigned stations - Use knowledge of common allergies & dietary restrictions to ensure food safety for guests when noted on tickets- Avoid food waste by observing food storage time and temperature standards- Complete assigned daily/ weekly / monthly cleaning tasks -Execute safe knife handling skills and safe use of all kitchen equipment Qualifications Ability To Travel and Live in Employee Housing Experience on Grill, Fryer and Food Prep Pay is $20.00 Per Hour Plus OT and all Travel Expences Additional Information Base Pay $20 Plus OT
