• Candidate should have experience in working in a fast-paced professional kitchen environment
• Able to demonstrate a clear understanding in food safety.
• Self-motivated and can work with minimal supervision.
• Able to finish mise en place on time, before the busy service starts
• Be able to lead buffet functions, working well with Commis and Demi chefs
• Good time management skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge in HACCP
• Available at least 4days a week
• Three days per week shift
• Can do both morning shift which starts at 5:30am, as well as evening shift which finishes at 10:30pm
• 20hrs a week
• £12.90 per hour
