We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, articulate and organised individual to join our kitchen brigade. We are a charming four star hotel in the heart of the New Forest in Brockenhurst and we are looking for an excellent Chef de Partie to join our friendly team. We always seek to achieve the highest standards of cooking as locally we have an excellent reputation through food, hospitality, weddings, functions and more. We are looking for someone who has had a stable career as a Chef in Hotels or Restaurants. Ideally you will have experience in a 4 star establishment preparing fresh food to a high standard and have a good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations. Qualifications are preferred but a strong history of cooking to a high standard is accepted.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:-

• Capable of running a specific area of the kitchen and be able to work in every area of the kitchen to support that section when needed during busy times or to cover shifts
• You must be enthusiastic and willing to learn- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential.
• You will be expected to support a working environment which promotes a positive attitude, pride and good moral whilst ensuring high standards of quality control, handling and storage of commodities to current legislation.
• Have a good knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Weekend and Bank Holiday work will be required as these are our busiest times.
