ABOUT YOU We are looking for a dedicated team member available to join us for the upcoming summer season (April-October), as Chef de Partie at Oasis, our newest Italian gastronomy concept. At Oasis, we celebrate the simplicity, generosity, and craft of true Italian cooking, where the quality of ingredients speaks for itself and every dish is built on flavour, balance, and attention to detail. Our menu is curated by a team of award-winning Italian chefs and inspired by classic Italian favourites, brought to life through carefully selected raw materials, seasonal produce, and a strong commitment to consistency. To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong eye for detail, be creative, and possess in-depth knowledge of raw materials and techniques. Our ideal team member thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and works well under pressure. ABOUT THE ROLE As Chef de Partie at House of NYNN, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the culinary operations in your section. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and taste. Your key responsibilities will include the following: Prepare and cook dishes within your assigned section, following standardized recipes and specifications. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in your section. Ensure proper food storage, handling, and hygiene practices are followed. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety standards. Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely production of dishes. Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed. Adhere to quality and presentation standards set by the Executive Chef. OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-end dining establishment Available for the April–October 2026 season Strong knowledge of and experience in a specific culinary section e.g., fish, meat, grill, larder Ability to work well in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for culinary arts Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team Great leadership skills Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Eligible to work in the EU, either by holding an EU passport or having appropriate work authorization WHY YOU’LL LOVE IT HERE Be part of a team where creativity, individuality and passion for culinary arts are celebrated.
