ABOUT THE JOB…

We are looking for a creative and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our team to join our team on a full-time basis.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • You have a Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Experience in all section preferable, including banquets, buffet and al la carte
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with great attention to detail
  • Vibrant personality, professional and always well-presented
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to work within a team environment
  • Must hold Australian work rights, we are not offering sponsorship
    Additional Information
Responsibilities
  • Working alongside the kitchen team across outlets and events
  • Leading and training all kitchen colleagues on menu execution, techniques, ALLSafe and HACCP
  • Ordering stock and maintaining par levels
  • Assisting in menu planning, implementation and execution
  • Controlling food and wage costs, ensuring they come in on budget
  • Assisting in special event planning and execution eg: BBQs, Christmas, New Years functions
  • Assisting in changing menus for the benefit of regular return guests
