We’re looking for a Guest Experience Executive to be a hands-on leader in our Front Office team, owning the guest journey from lobby to check-out while driving commercial results and team performance. Job Description What you will do… Bring delicious flavours to our guests’ tables by running a section in our busy kitchen. Nurture and develop the talent of the kitchen team, creating an environment that brings out the best in them and where they can be themselves. Make sure things are running without a hitch, orders and deliveries are coming and going as needed, our service is smooth as chipotle butter and our food hygiene standards are sky-high. Work with our Head Chef on ideas and techniques that make our kitchen a creative, ever-changing environment where we’re always looking to make the best food out there. Ensure statutory compliance in all food and drink related areas. Pay attention to the details to ensure every dish served is as delicious as the one before! Qualifications What we’re looking for… Individuals. You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in chef whites here. Previous experience working as part of a fast-moving kitchen team with freshness and provenance of ingredients as a key priority. Passion for food and fresh ingredients is a given.
