Job Description We’re looking for a Casual Chef de Partie with a strong a la carte background to join our dynamic kitchen team. In this role, you’ll create exceptional dishes, contribute to innovative menu development and oversee daily kitchen operations, all while ensuring our guests enjoy an outstanding dining experience. You’ll mentor junior team members, uphold the highest food safety standards and help keep the kitchen running efficiently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. What you’ll do: Prepare high-quality dishes across a variety of kitchen sections, including a la carte, buffet, larder, mise-en-place, room service and banquets Collaborate on menu development, bringing fresh ideas that elevate the guest dining experience Lead and mentor junior staff, providing guidance, training and support to help them grow Apply diverse cooking techniques to consistently deliver exceptional dishes Maintain a clean, organized and compliant kitchen that meets all food safety standards Foster open communication and teamwork to ensure smooth kitchen operations Qualifications What we’re looking for: Trade qualifications and previous experience in the hotel or hospitality industry (preferred) Strong a la carte experience with a proven ability to deliver high-quality dishes Thorough understanding of food safety standards and best practices A service-focused mindset with excellent attention to detail Outstanding time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Flexibility and adaptability, thriving in a dynamic and ever-changing kitchen environment Additional Information Why work for Accor?
